GateSift is a static, browser-based application. The current analyzers do not upload the configuration you open or paste to a GateSift backend.
Local data
- Analyzer input is parsed in the browser.
- APIM saved projects use IndexedDB in the current browser.
- Theme preferences use localStorage.
- Downloads are generated on your device.
What to remember
Local processing does not protect a compromised device, browser or extension. Review exported files before sharing them and follow your organization's data-handling rules.
External links
Links to PayPal or other external sites leave GateSift and are subject to the provider's own logging and privacy policies.
If GateSift later adds server-side or AI features, that boundary should be documented before those features are enabled.
